USB sticks, printers, scanners, external disks and webcams.
We aim for all people newly arriving at the AEI to be able to work productively from day one. Computer user accounts can be setup in advance and computer equipment specified and ordered before arrival at the AEI.
Private use of MPG IT Services is allowed if you provide consent. Without this consent, MPG IT services may not be used for personal purposes.

The AEI IT Department is directly responsible for the central IT services of the AEI and for managed computers (those computers where the user/s do not have administration/system level access) operated by the IT Department.
For computers where the IT Department does not have system access if there is a security problem and the responsible person is not available the computer will be taken offline (quarantined).
