I cannot login! To some IT Services
If you have not reset/set your password since your computer account was migrated to
access GWDG IT services (you would have received emails about this - links below) then you need to
reset your AEI computer account password.
If you computer has not, yet, been migrated to access GWDG IT services then please contact
IT Support.
E-Mails you would receive about migrating your computer account so that you can access GWDG IT Services

The first E-Mail about the migration of your computer account to access GWDG IT services

And the second E-Mail would have been an automated email with the Subject of "Please set a password for both AEI and GWDG IT services - important".
And this second E-Mail asks you to go to a web-page on this website (it-support.aei.mpg.de) and no other! Beware of E-Mail phishing.
If you received both of the above emails then you can
reset your password to gain access to the
additional IT services.
