Troubleshoot: I can only print in black and white

  1. Open the 'Settings', navigate to 'Bluetooth & devices', select 'Printers & scanners' and click on the printer where the issue appears.
  2. Click on 'Printer properties' and go to 'Device Settings'.
  3. Search for 'Device Type' and change it to 'Color'.
